Hey, I’m Moni.
Soft living, quiet chaos & everything in between.
The longer story…
I created The Quiet Loud Journal because I needed a space that felt real — somewhere softer than social media, quieter than trends, and deeper than the constant pressure to “perform” online. I’ve always wanted to be a writer, a blogger, a storyteller. The girl filling notebooks, hoarding half-written thoughts, dreaming about publishing something that finally felt like me.
Here, I get to do that.
I’m Moni — soft, introspective, wellness-obsessed, a little unhinged in the best way, and navigating life with an ADHD/autistic mind that never truly sits still. I’m a dog mom to two chaotic angels, the kind of person who finds comfort in quiet routines, sunlight on the floor, and long-form thoughts that don’t need to fight an algorithm.
This journal is a blend of everything that makes me who I am:
soft living and slow mornings,
cozy rituals and healing,
the messy honesty of growing up,
the humor tucked inside the chaos,
and the beauty of choosing gentleness even when life feels loud.
I’m learning myself as I go — unlearning, healing, observing, softening. This space is where I process it all. Through stories, reflections, and the everyday moments that deserve more love than we give them, I hope you feel a little seen here too.
